Topics: methods of incorporating whole foods into your daily diet, the basics of macrobiotic theory & the blood type diet, neutralizing phytic acid, oxalic acid and sulfur in certain foods, food-based vitamin/mineral supplements, the CookWell list of whole foods preparation staples and the best cooking oils, and the importance of drinking enough re-mineralized water daily.
