The following are two excellent articles on sugars in the diet. The Dr. Rosedale article titled Insulin and it's Metabolic Effects (actually an excerpt from a speech he gave back in 1999) is one of the most critical pieces of information for anyone to read that has a sincere interest in obtaining optimal health. The Dr. Rosedale article is a long read so we posted a short version of a similar idea that is also worth talking a look at. Ultimately the Dr. Rosedale excerpt is more in-depth at 32-pages long and significantly more revealing.
